Raporturile Parlamentului cu serviciile publice de radio și televiziune

Abstract


This article refers to the rapports between the Parliament, as legislative power, and the radio and television public services. These rapports are part of the tasks of the parliamentary control function, which is exercised by the Legislative power and they regard the legislative competences in the assignment of management procedure, the parliamentary control over their financialbudgetary activity, as well as over the activity rapports of the services presented to the Parliament. One of the major challenges is that of providing a real independence and autonomy for the public radio and television, in the conditions of the tendency of the Parliamentary power structure to be reflected at the service management structure level.
