Studii de caz privind creditarea municipală comparativ cu emisiunea de obligațiuni municipale

Abstract

The article describe the standard mode in witch way must be developed communication in public institution. There are analyzed PR definitions, also definitions about communication and public communication, which are so necessary to the public administration system. The article also analyzed communications ways between the public administration staff and mass media, in witch way the employer can build his public image.  This case study is trying to show the differences between municipal credit and issuing municipal bounds. It also presents the steps that need to be followed by a community in order manage these debts. Local autorities are facing every day, with more and more problems. Many of these problems evoluted in time and in order to solve this problems local comunities appeald at municipal credits or at issuing municipal bounds.
