Omul în organizația sa
Abstract
We see how, currently, people are involved in many organisational forms by their choice. They seem to enjoy this way of work because there is a possibility to have a word to say. For a few, the organization means life, most of them only work there and even if they are interested in the wealth of the organization, they can and should be looking up for their interests. Anyhow, the organizations influence everyone life.s by decisions that affect large groups of the society. Human creativity, values and attitudes are used in organisational development by the leaders and no computer can replace it. The human factor remains the most important element of the organization.
