Abstract


The article addresses a current problem in the field of project management, namely how the financing received through European funds determined and supported the development effort of the public and private sectors in Romania. In this respect, it is interesting to see to what extent the redistribution of welfare and the increase of cohesion between developed and least developed areas have been supported through this funding.
