Aspecte privind profilul socio-profesional al angajaților primăriilor din mediul rural: studiu de caz județul Bistrița-Năsăud
Abstract
With the main objective of identifying the dominant characteristics of the human resources in rural local public administration. The analysis includes statistical aspects related to gender, age, education level, basic competencies, as well as employees’ perspectives reflecting their approach to current and future challenges, with an emphasis on digitalization, gender equality, access to leadership positions, and civic participation.
The research is based on the analysis of empirical data collected through a questionnaire administered to a sample of 94 public servants. The findings provide an integrated perspective on the human resources of the rural local public administration in Bistrița-Năsăud County and outline strategic directions for professional development and for addressing the challenges associated with digital transformation and the strengthening of equality and civic participation principles.
